Participation in the 6th „AOK Firmenlauf”

On 8 June 2022, seven of us laced up our running shoes and took part in the 6th „AOK Firmenlauf” in Herford. This running event is not about top athletic performance, but about the team experience.
After everyone had completed the 5km circuit, the Gladtfeld team achieved 3rd place for companies with less than 50 employees. This success was rewarded with a cup and afterwards with sausages and cool drinks.
